Our client is looking for Project Delivery lead for Bangalore location.

Job Title: Project Delivery Lead
Department: Systems & Technology
Report to: AVP, Critical Systems
Purpose of Job: To manage changes and releases to business systems

Job Responsibilities:
Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering and Solutioning
Define the strategy and path for a team responsible for delivering technology enabled
business solutions that are critical to the day-to-day operations and continued growth
of the business
Translate business requirements / problem statements into system changes
Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business users
Document (BRDs, User Stories) requirements for new features,enhancements, data
capture, process functions, reports, and training, integrations, dependencies
Develop expertise on internal systems and understand the functionalities of the system
Analyze impact of changes to previously implemented releases
Manage communication across all stakeholder groups
Be involved and engaged through software development life cycle and own
requirement management end to end from initiation through implementation

Delivery
Must act as Scrum Master for delivery / project teams
Lead and manage the Business solutions team drive requirements meetings, be the SPOC for all solutions related discussions and decision making, plan and execute requirement management and testing through delivery / releases
Work with internal / external technical delivery teams for planning and executing the development activities and timely delivery of solutions, as per agreed scope
Track, manage and report project deadlines and schedules

Testing and Release
Planning and execution of functional / user acceptance testing, Develop comprehensive test scenarios, cases and test data
Execute tests, analyze and document results, and address issues as and when they arise
Plan and Execute release management process
Own and manage all project and release documentation for audits

People Management
Manage a team of Business Solution Specialists of ~5 years experience
Delegate and coordinate tasks for the team
Coach, mentor team members
Plan KRAs, objectives and track performance against set objectives

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, MIS, business, technology, or related field
10 years of progressive experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Team Lead
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle.
Good knowledge of banking and financial services domain, and one or more out of loan management process, credit risk, or asset liability management process, credit risk, or asset liability management

Other Requirements:
Must have experience in Lending systems, processes and lifecycle

Extremely comfortable in creating and executing testing strategies, including but not limited to unit, functional, system, stress, performance, usability, regression and acceptance testing
Good understanding of product / systems, integrations, dependencies, APIs, Web services, web and mobile applications

Strong verbal and written communicator, able to speak with the business experts and understand the loan management and accounting domain
