The Delivery Leader - Operations & Process is responsible for overseeing team performance across multiple disciplines. They manage the logistics of the recruitment operations team (i.e., coordinators, specialists, etc.). They are focused on the internal recruitment operation via leading the process, their team, and outputs. Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership: Manage the general workflow of the team and delegates job assignments. Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing, and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work. Mentor and guide team members through any and all necessary processes. Establish regular communications with the team, such as 1-1 meetings and team meetings with established agendas. Recruitment & Operational Excellence: Provide expertise on technology systems and functions (ex, Process flows, SkyRecruit, ATS). Manage and document process changes requested by client, update in process map as well as in systems, and communicate changes to team. May design and/or recommend new or updated processes, team configuration, etc. as necessary. Ensure team is able to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA's) by managing productivity through scorecards and appropriate metrics. Drive efficiencies to meet team outcomes. Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor s degree strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment or recruitment operations with demonstrated successes. Background in supporting clients/accounts coming from Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology industries. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Strong understanding of overall recruitment process. Sound judgment, data management and reporting experience and is able to handle complex information and client requests. Quantitative skills and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to participate effectively in a team environment both virtually and multiple on-site locations including client sites and Cielo headquarters. Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
