Summary & Role Information
SAP Customer Delivery Engagement (CDE) is part of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) and delivers fixed-scope, proactive and outcome-based services across the entire SAP software stack to SAP’s PaaS and SaaS cloud and on-premise customers.
As the Client Delivery Manager (CDM) (f/m/d) you will be the personal point of contact and the voice into SAP for all customers of ECS. In this roll you will manage and coordinates all account activities with the customer and SAP’s internal stakeholders.
You are the main contact for all questions, issues and escalations and act as a trusted advisor for the customers of the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud.
By getting in contact with the client’s management / C-level and driving the digital transformation you will help them grow and increase their business.
Focusing on customer satisfaction, contract adherence and profitability your ensure that customers receive the best service possible.
In the role of CDM (f/m/d) you cooperate closely with the customer’s IT department and business stakeholders as well as with other groups within SAP and ECS to ensure the success of larger projects.
