We are a high-impact organization with a proven business model and technology, as demonstrated by key financial and operational metrics. We have successfully commercially pioneered a digital continuum of care for mental health including our outcomes-tethered and accessible Guided Therapy (Therapist Assisted Cognitive Behavioural Therapy “TAiCBT”) in Canada called BEACON. Clients will be able to choose to support their mental health needs via Guided Therapy or Live Therapy.

The Demand Generation Manager is a critical new role for an experienced and dynamic B2B marketer! The role, reporting directly into our VP – Marketing, is focused on building and executing successful marketing initiatives that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for our sales team and external reseller partners.

An Overview of the Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from conception through to creative development, deployment, measurement and optimization
  • Manage the demand generation funnel to generate new B2B revenue and increase pipeline velocity through integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, content, social, paid media, search and events
  • Plan and execute growth tactics such as drip, nurture streams, and thought leadership campaigns to improve conversions
  • Roll-up your sleeves to develop and deploy engaging content and communications to drive demand and interest across the buyer’s journey and customer lifecycle
  • Be a master at analytics tracking and reporting to demonstrate how inbound marketing programs convert into customers and revenue
  • Collaborate with Sales to build out the next evolution of account-based marketing campaigns for strategic accounts, and sales enablement tools and pitch collateral to support the entire buying journey
  • Act as a brand steward; ensuring all marketing communications and activities align to brand position, voice and standards
  • Support annual and quarterly campaign strategy and planning, and own parts of the operations and execution including set up of landing pages, emails, smart list creation, automation program development, test and launch of campaigns



The Skills and Experience That Make You a Great Fit for Our Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing preferred
  • At least 5 years progressive experience in B2B marketing – ideally with experience in SaaS and/or employee benefits
  • A proven track-record of developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate growth defined as quality MQLs that convert into sales pipeline opportunities in enterprise B2B settings
  • Knowledgeable and hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (Hubspot preferred); fluently able to get the most out of Email Nurturing, Google Analytics, and social media (Twitter, LinkedIn and others)
  • Demonstrated success in campaign development at different stages of the buyer journey including; market research, go to market, segmentation, measurement and reporting
  • Previous experience working closely with Sales teams and a strong understanding of the technology sales cycle and strategies to nurture leads
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills to effectively draw in your target audience – ask great questions and uncover business and personal pain points quickly
  • Focused on business and revenue impact
  • Account-based marketing experience considered a huge asset
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills a must, AND bilingual in English and French would be a bonus
