We are looking for E-commerce Customer Experience Deployment Lead to make an impact!

What you will do:




  • Focus on E-commerce touch points in customer experience and improvement in buy thru E1 / E2 /E3 (from selection to delivery), focus diffused PnB and CnT. Measurement: increase of NSS and e-com sales.

  • Geo and coverage expansion

    • Lead the deployment of e-com strategy for Power Products in cooperation with

      E-commerce teams and company transformation of HUBs in India, EAJP, MEA zone

    • Be a Power Products specialist and support development with E2: Lazada, Misumi, Hoplong.



  • Shop in Shop models – measurement increase of Power Products E-commerce sales through the targeted platforms

    • define S-I-S experience for diffused PnBs and CnTs.

    • Deploy the experience with key e-com platforms (Rexel, Sonepar, RS, E3)



  • E-commerce analytics

    • Build a pilot for Power Products e-com data analytics. Work with 3 to 4 key partners to verify the model. Create dashboard with right business metrics to follow. Implement AI projects with 2 key partners.



  • Web data quality analysis

Experience and skills we are looking for:




  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in E-business knowledge and experience, knowledge of Schneider Electric Partners Network, Digital Marketing competencies and Go-to-market and analytics knowledge & customer journey methodology knowledge

  • Experience as DCM Leader/DCX Leader/Channel marketer with Digital Marketing competencies at country or central team level
