job description ?Responsibilities:
Achieve the business targets
Developing rapport with architect and builders
Develop contacts and establish relationship with all decision makers in the customers office.
Keep close watch on the proposed projects of the customer and ensure the enquirers/ tenders are received on time.
Submit quotes/ tenders, well ahead of the deadline.
Keep update of market information / competitors strategy and inform the management periodically.
Monitor the status of the quotes/ tenders submitted, and brief the management on its status at every stage
Ensure the quotes/tenders are submitted considered in companies favour, through frequent interaction with decision makers, take them for factory and reference projects and order are received.
Adhere to time schedule on drawing submission and other documents to customers
Coordinate with concerned department in the organization and ensure the customer satisfaction is met on pre- sales, installation and service.
Ensure business contracts are in line with companys established process and norms.
Ensure the payments are collected as per terms of payment.
Timely scheduling of projects to enable the factory to deliver on time and as per contract.
