We operate in an “unknown problem, unknown solution” environment. As such we need developers with the ability to work intimately with proposition developers in a short cyclical and iterative approach with a close connection to our Dutch (speaking) clients. Developers that can join and contribute to design sprints and turn UX/UI designs and wireframes into front-to-back prototypes in 1 or 2 sprints. And if validated, can iterate the prototype to a shippable MVP.
Our team consists of proposition developers and IT engineers, all of whom share an end-to-end responsibility spanning both business and technology. There is one product owner and one product backlog. The propositions in scope of the team are digital first propositions, e.g. conversational dialogues, digital financial summary & omnichannel financial planning. The team works based on Agile principles and is self-directed and is a growing BizDevOps teams.
