For our "Broadband RF Units and Layout" department at our site in Ulm we are looking for a "High frequency development engineer (f/m/d)".
The department develops complex RF modules in the micro and millimeter wave range for radar and EW applications.
Simulation and design of broadband and highly integrated high-frequency circuits.
Requirement management and development of modern RF architectures, together with system engineering.
Creation of project and study documents.
Transfer of the developed modules and assemblies to the production departments.
Degree in electrical engineering in the fields of high-frequency technology or communications engineering
Knowledge and experience in the areas of conception, calculation, construction and characterization of high-frequency circuits as a part of micro and millimeter wave modules
Experience in the field of RF photonics advantageous
Safe handling of the circuit simulators: ADS-Advanced Design System (linear and non-linear simulation), CST MICROWAVE STUDIO (3D field simulation)
Requirement for authorization to deal with classified information (VS & NATO secret)
Interdisciplinary thinking and acting
Goal-oriented working style and a high level of self-motivation
Confident appearance towards customers, subcontractors and employees of other development departments
Advanced German and English skills
