Sr.Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager is a key responsible person whose prime duty is to generate sales for self and team members. Apart from this his core duty covers making a strong, positive brand image, developing lasting relations with clients and supporting other business functions whenever required.

Key Result Areas:

  • Creating strategies for sales growth in alignment with the company’s goals
  • Managing Sales Targets of the company for various segments
  • Managing relations with the current client base and generating repeat business
  • Develop new business avenues and relations
  • Complying company’s processes and documentation standards for sales
  • Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of Pre-sales team
  • Being the brand ambassador of the company
  • Managing MkIS / CRM of company reporting to CMO / Management

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Providing suggestions & inputs to lead generation team
  • Coordinate with other departments heads for better workflow
  • Improving the performance of other sales team members
  • Representing company into various exhibition and trade fairs
  • Making channel partners and strategic alliances
  • Doing analysis on conversion ratio of sales, and implementing corrective steps
  • Helping HR Team for building strong sales team
