JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Partners with members of the team to execute training projects and initiatives.

  • Manages and monitors learner participation in designated training.

  • Coordinates the scheduling and planning of training and project events.

  • For instructor led training, works with facilitator / instructor to oversee classroom setup, order / produce materials and coordinate catering, if needed.

  • Conducts research and makes recommendations for classroom delivery venues. Negotiates costs, manages contracts and relationships with venues and suppliers and follows up to ensure all requirements are met.

  • Coordinates learner pre-work requirements. If needed, follow up with learners to ensure requirements are met prior to attending a workshop.

  • Support requests to prepare presentations and status updates

  • Collect, compile and report on various data results. Summarizes and presents findings.

  • Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on Sharepoint functionality to support team updates.

  • Utilize and enhance processes to manage efficiency of global training events and meetings




Requirements:



  • 2+ years' experience as a training coordinator

  • Experience using an LMS

  • Technology Savvy: PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and SharePoint sites.

  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Proactive independent thinker, self-starter

  • Advanced level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines/working with minimal supervision

  • Innovative and strategic mindset

  • Enthusiastic team player and effective customer relation skills

  • Positive attitude, tact, integrity and sound judgment
