  • Build and maintain a tailored methodology to secure go-to-market service readiness for current and new product & service features impacting thousands of people.

  • Create and maintain a framework to connect use cases with functionalities, capabilities, and internal processes, ultimately delivering the dealer service offer.

  • Establish and maintain governance to collaborate with internal service partners (diagnostic services, engineering, mechatronics, technical publication, product specialists, etc.) to align on service requirements.

  • Collaborating with the diagnostic software development team to ensure accurate software design.

  • Identifying specific diagnostic needs and translating them into requirements, in collaboration with the product specialists.

  • Coordinating and supporting diagnostic software tests and releases for both internal users (pre-production prototypes) and dealer/distributor network (production units) in collaboration with the software development team, after-sales support team, and product development coordinators.


  • Full mastery of English and functional French, which is a huge plus as most of your colleagues are francophones. 

  • Passion for detailed work and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record managing competing priorities while maintaining an ability to execute on time, beyond expectations.

  • 5+ years working with highly complex projects linking business requirements to product design.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalency.
