About the role

Reporting to the Service Department Supervisor this dynamic role will see you based in our Cairns Workshop as a part of our high performing, automotive focused operation servicing our valued Cummins customers across heavy on-highway, industrial, marine and power generation.

About you

  • Heavy diesel trade qualification with experience working on diesel engines post apprenticeship
  • Experience working on diesel engines 6.7L and upwards
  • Engine fault finding and electronic diagnostics experience
  • Engine strip down and rebuild experience is advantageous but not essential
  • A “do things right the first-time attitude” following systems/procedures
  • Have an engaging work approach and customer service focus
