Our client is a leader in the marketing industry, specializing in building distinctive brand identities and driving growth for local service businesses through targeted advertising strategies. They are seeking a Paid Media Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and a proven track record of managing substantial ad budgets.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen sense of headline copywriting, experience in directing creative teams to develop compelling ad content, and a comprehensive marketing skill set capable of overseeing the entire ad process from conception to optimization.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM CST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management: Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgetary guidelines.

  • Ad Spend Oversight: Manage a monthly ad spend of at least $20k, optimizing for efficiency and ROI.

  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad content that captivates and converts, tailored to each client’s unique needs.

  • Performance Analysis: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to monitor ad performance, making data-driven decisions to pivot strategies as necessary.

  • Comprehensive Ad Strategy: Own the complete ad creation process, including ideation, targeting, budgeting, and ongoing optimization.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Client Growth: Demonstrable success in driving client growth and achieving key performance indicators through effective paid media strategies.

  • Creative Impact: Directed the development of innovative and compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences, leading to high engagement and conversion rates.

  • Strategic Optimization: Continuously optimized ad campaigns for maximum performance and ROI, utilizing a deep understanding of analytics and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience with Google Ads and managing large-scale ad budgets.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to analyze ad performance metrics.

  • Strong background in B2C marketing, particularly within local service industries.

  • Exceptional headline copywriting skills and a keen eye for effective ad design.

  • Proven track record of leading and directing creative teams in the production of high-quality ad content.

  • Strategic marketing mindset, capable of managing the entire ad process from concept to execution.

  • Bonus: Experience in ad buying for channels other than Google Ads, such as Meta and LinkedIn.
