As Digital Data Strategist, you are responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations, as well as implementing projects to help our clients reach their digital investment targets and grow their business. You and your colleagues will lead the edge of digital growth using data analysis and data management as the tools. Our clients are among the biggest companies in Europe looking to improve their business and marketing through digital advancements.


What awaits you

  • Advising clients on industry best practices and emerging digital strategies, focusing on analytic insights and marketing automation technologies
  • Defining and assessing client KPIs and crafting actionable, revenue generating strategies that are supported with data findings and are results driven
  • Using reports to measure KPIs to gain business insights
  • Keeping up to date with all types digital media trends and innovations, a true pioneer of digital advancements
  • Driving the definition internally with the wider team to develop value-generating services around the topic of digital data - formulate and execute service offerings during sales phases, ideas are welcomed
  • Interacting with clients and leading projects execution of data focused projects and responsible to achieving the project goals



What you bring

With at least 3+ years of experience you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong ability to work with complex datasets, identify trends, effectively communicate strategy and opportunities both internally and directly with clients
  • Previous experience with at least two marketing automation tools and inside knowledge of the do’s and don'ts of it.
  • Being technically savvy to discuss the data streams betweens tools and have an eye-level conversation with developers
  • Having a deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, social media (paid and organic) and email marketing.
  • Experience in A/B and multivariate testing (Google Optimize is a must, experience of other tools is welcomed)
  • Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Data Studio
  • Business proficient in English and German language skills are a plus
