At Onaware, we are a team of identity and privacy professionals, combining vastly experienced advisors and strategists with some of the best technical experts in the industry. We were already a distributed team before the rest of the world ended up working from home, so we have a head start when it comes to delivering results remotely.

You may not have heard of us, but weve been around for over a decade, quietly delivering for a variety of major clients across Europe, Scandinavia and the USA.

We really need a full-time marketing guru. We've been successfully operating in stealth-mode, but now it's time to stir things up! We've got a lot to say about identity, privacy, the ethics of tech consulting, our R&D work in AI and Machine Learning, and about project recovery too.

We need someone who can:

  • Design and execute marketing strategies that will drive brand awareness
  • Work with internal teams to develop original and engaging content
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and others to develop strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Undertake market research to further increase customer base and unlock opportunities for growth
  • Manage the new company website and related content
  • Educate internal teams to ensure a high level of understanding and engagement with the brand
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns
  • Maintain relevant guidelines, procedures, policies, standard responses and response time targets
  • Deliver monthly KPIs to track strategic objectives

Weve got great people who can talk all day about what we do, and why and how theres a better way to do things. Some of them can write it down too, but we need the person who knows where to put it, how long it should be, what should be a blog post, what should be a tweet, what should be a guest article, what would make a compelling presentation at an industry event and what needs to be destroyed and never spoken of again.

If youve got a degree in marketing: great. If you didnt go down the degree path, but youve got the talent, passion and experience were looking for then thats great too. Youll certainly need at least a few years of B2B tech marketing experience, the ability to write and edit compelling content and knowing how to bend LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms to your will would be very useful too!
