UWorld is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee, develop, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, in addition to managing a small team of digital marketers. These activities include content creation, SEO strategy, ad placement and strategy, digital and email campaign marketing programs, and other demand-generation activities. The Digital Marketing Manager is also responsible for working with the data analytics team to create dashboards, reports, and regular measures of traditional marketing analytics.


Your Role

  • Holistically drive how the business leverages searches to engage existing and prospective international consumers
  • Maximize traffic and visibility from search engines through both paid and unpaid efforts for identified keywords
  • Manage a team of PPC and SEO specialists to deliver qualified traffic and profitable ROI on all campaigns
  • Deliver monthly reports and ROI analysis to Product Division leaders
  • Plan and manage website updates and online advertising campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing team to drive results
  • Conduct various testing methods in design, layout, and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic traffic and paid conversions

Requirements

10+ Years in:

  • A digital marketing, performance-based marketing, marketing strategy, or search environment
  • Earning traffic through unpaid and free listings (SEO) for a consumer website
  • Buying traffic through paid search listings (SEM/PPC) for a consumer website

Proven and successful track record in:

  • Delivering business results through multi-channel marketing management and KPI measurement
  • Strategic and operational leadership/management
  • Managing high-performing individuals and giving clear strategic guidance

Analytical Skills:

  • Lead and guide testing, optimization of bid strategies, and A/B testing
  • Interpret data and create actionable insights and communicate those insights to junior personnel
  • Exceptionally strong knowledge in Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other web analytics tools and platforms

Education:

  • Degree in Comp Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Business, or other related field; Master’s degree preferred
