About the Opportunity:

The Digital Marketing Manager is a leader for digital marketing in the Corporate Marketing team.  You’ll drive the planning and execution of digital marketing programs to help the corporate brands achieve their KPI’s. You’ll be experienced in multiple facets of digital, able to direct strategy and lead projects, confident in managing a team, suppliers relationships, and stakeholders, and have experience or a strong interest in B2B marketing.

A regular day might involve any of these activities:

  • Advise the corporate brands on lead generation activities
  • Manage agency relationships including social, CRO, and search
  • Key stakeholder liaison with senior marketers and GM-level within the business
  • Review and advise on MarTech stack
  • Advise on and design prospecting nurture marketing journeys
  • Work with CRM team on data quality, reporting, and campaign tracking
  • Maintain a robust reporting framework for B2B marketing initiatives
  • Support the FCTG corporate brands through digital marketing strateging including search (paid, organic, display), and social media advertising.
  • Advocate and advise on data and subscription best practice
  • Update website content for all corporate brands through CMS Drupal
  • Mentor and manage Marketing Coordinator
  • Campaign reporting and analytics including Google Analytics and other tools
  • Review monthly analytics and reporting and provide actionionable insights for the brands
  • Manage creative briefs and workflow for new digital marketing content and collateral. Ensure campaign materials are delivered on time and within agreed strategy and plan.
  • Work within a team of designers, developers and specialists to support the corporate brand marketers
  • Monitor industry news and developments as well as competitors and industry leaders for emerging trends and platforms.

You should:

  • Previous experience with an enterprise grade CMS
  • Previous experience with a marketing automation platform
  • Experience, passion and interest in digital marketing
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and apply new tools and creative techniques to challenges


7+ years experience. Agency and B2B experience regarded favourably.
