We are offering a Digital Operation Senior Manager position within our digital in-house structure, one of a kind worldwide! As a Digital Operation Leader, you’ll have the responsibility to ensure the execution of the full funnel digital brand campaigns across vehicles (ivideo, search, social media, programmatic, etc) on time and in line with internal controls, constantly looking for efficiencies and synergies across touchpoints with consumers. You’ll be responsible of bringing innovation, staying in touch with digital industry.

In This Role You Will

  • Lead a team of digital media buying experts to ensure the correct execution and reporting of digital campaigns for media, performance marketing and data plans: objectives delivered on-time & quality.
  • Work together with multiple functions (brands, design, trial, data, consumer market knowledge, sales, etc) & partners (such as Google & Facebook) looking for harmonies and delivering a consumer-centric data operation.
  • Bring innovation by staying in touch with digital industry trends.
  • Test & Learn new technologies, vehicles and media formats.
  • Ensure a business owner mindset, doing things right, tracking performance of the campaigns, staying in sync with internal controls.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Required: Provable digital operation expertise career with implementation, optimization and reporting knowledge for branding and performance campaigns.
  • Skills & Qualifications Required: Media Buying technical skills, Critical Thinking, Accountability, Independency, Organized, Curiosity, Proactivity, Analytical, Growth Mentality, Good Presentation Skills, Advanced English.
  • Software, Equipment and Tools: Microsoft Office Package; Digital Operation Platforms such as Google Marketing Platform (DV360, Campaign Manager and SA360), Google Ads (YouTube, Search and Discovery), Facebook Ads, Twitter, Tik-Tok, Adservers and Brandsafety & verification tools.
  • Preferable: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HTML and CSS knowledge.
