Job Description:

  • Form business thesis, gather insights, and connect dots to find new business opportunities
  • Spearhead new business initiation, find partners, and get buy-ins from top management
  • Owns product vision, roadmap, and P&L
  • Review & manage financial models on responsible projects to update actual performance as well as to prepare a financial analysis on various assigned scenarios
  • Participate in and support the development of partnership strategies and expect to eventually lead the end-to-end process of the plans to align with product and business goals
  • Self-study and develop knowledge of the financial industry to identify new opportunities for Money Class and able to make recommendations to relevant decision makers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Understand and respond to partners' needs, goals, and priorities, while managing internal business plans.
  • Participate in the executions of strategies and processes that will enable us to scale our consumer payments partnerships to increase our velocity as a team
  • Create strong relationships that contribute to success of the team and overall of the company
  • Monitor and manage overall business development, including Identifying and evaluating business opportunities in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, alliances, and business deals to support the operations of the organization
  • Participate in analyzing data to set up annual budget and directions of business development to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities and develop relationships with customers
  • Coordinate with related functions to support organization's growth and business plan


  • 0 - 2 years of work experience of Product Owner, Product Management, Project Management, Researcher, business development, or partnerships function
  • Working at/or/with Bank partners, global card networks, or large technology partners , and knowledge of issuing/acquiring flows are a plus
  • Experience developing relationship or partnership strategy and identify, source, and analyze new partnership opportunities
  • Experience in working independently across functions to deliver against deadlines
  • Strong and independent negotiation skills and experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills that result in practical and effective solutions, scale mindset (setting short to medium-term direction) and focus on impact
  • Sense of urgency to deliver impact for users or customers at scale, and ability to transition between work streams based on given priorities.
