  • Opportunity to lead and develop your own team
Join PwC’s Risk Assurance team and help lead national transformational change through assurance over projects, programs and broader reform initiatives.

At PwC, we support Governments, businesses and not-for-profits to create value and help improve the way they work. Whether you’re reimagining social service delivery, improving national security or ensuring the delivery of essential policy, you’ll build trust in society and solve important national problems every day.
As part of our broader Risk Assurance business, the  Transformation Confidence practice brings this to life by supporting key decision makers. We do this by proactively identifying risks to help our clients avoid threats and through the successful delivery of both ICT and non-ICT focused projects, programs and initiatives.  We also deliver insights into progress, challenging the status-quo and using our specialist knowledge to guide our clients through unique challenges.
Our team has experienced growth, and needs your help to support continued expansion and development.
As a Senior Leader  in Transformation Confidence, you will help shape our strategies to make an impact by using your project and leadership experience to shape the team and be a key driver in growing the Transformation Confidence practice locally, nationally and internationally.
You will:

About you
You have 10 +  years’ experience in senior leadership positions in a related field including Project Related Consulting, Assurance and/or Internal Audit. In addition to this, you have business analysis, change management, IT system implementation and senior stakeholder management.  An understanding or background in a Professional Services environment would also be highly advantageous.
You will be leading teams to identifying critical project risks and providing advice on how to solve them collectively.  Experience in providing assurance services would also be beneficial but not critical.
You are passionate about growing the business through trusted client relationships and supporting the individual aspirations of our team. You thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture and want to join a firm that values problem solvers, the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and key stakeholders.
