Job Description
High-level individual contributor with high analytical skills who has proven record of managing projects of complexity, requiring cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
+ Responsible for managing market research and consultancy projects including designing, monitoring, analyzing to delivering presentation to stakeholders
+ Manage secondary market data, including needs assessment and subscription. Provide regular report and updates on market evolution and competitor performance to commercial management team
+ Interprets research and analysis results and provides actionable insights to key stakeholders.
+ Designs and develops instruments for data collection and forecasting. May develop new research processes to collect and analyze.
+ Accountable for regional long range forecast on pipeline assets.
+ Accountable for daily project management of projects, and provide routine and ad hoc business analytics supports by integrating both internal and external data, e.g. monthly/QTR brand report, brand planning and business reviews
+ Supports the strategic direction of different portfolios by executing market analyses
+ Drive key commercial operations projects guided by objectives laid down by Director, Business Analytics: Provides planning, leadership and focus to manage deliverables, schedule, scope, and objective within the commercial organization with significant business impact Knowledge, experience and Skills
+ Solid experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
+ Advanced and proven forecasting skills
+ Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, innovative approaches to issues, and sound judgment
+ Comprehensive knowledge of audits, questionnaire design (to elicit qualitative and quantitative results without introducing bias) and data analysis including statistical know-how
+ Strong project management skills and good cross-functional communication
+ Shows integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment
+ Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
+ Advance degree is preferred (MS, MBA or statistics)
+ Minimum of 7 years in the pharma/healthcare industry
+ Solid working experience in healthcare consultancy and/ or prior experience in new product planning is a plus
