What you will do
- Responsible for delivering Vietnam 2025 vision
- Own P&L of Trusting Social Vietnam
- Enterprise Business: Banking Solutions
- Oversees Enterprise Sales team to drive wide and deep adoption of Trusting Social products by FIs Vietnam
- Owns product roadmap for Enterprise business
- Client relationship management
- Integration
- Faultless execution of committed products and services to clients
- Revenue-sharing partnerships with lenders
- Create and manage commercial relationship with lenders and distribution partners
- Oversee the operation of the revenue-sharing lending business (on acquisition and analytics)
- Integration with distribution channels
- Recruiting and managing teams
- Compliance and regulations
- Own product road map, recruit and manage country product teams
- Build Trusting Social to a powerful brand in the banking industry
- Be the internal face of Trusting Social in key industry forums and events
- Oversee finance, HR, operation functions for Vietnam
- Own compliance and regulation, relationship with State Bank of Vietnam, is a trusted player in the eco-system including
- Discuss and agree with Board of Management on required shared Data Science, Software Engineering, central Products resources in order to meet business objectives
What you will need to have
- At least 15 years of experience in banking and financial services
- At least 5 years of experience in managing P&L of at least $10 million per annum with high growth
- At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales to the banking industry
- Extensive network in the banking industry in Vietnam at C-level
- Deep understanding of applications of technology in modern banking
- Excellent in communication and public speaking in both English, and Vietnamese
- Nice to have: advanced degree or working experience in developed countries
- Can travel on a weekly basis between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
