Director of Digital Performance Marketing is primarily in charge of leading the advertising performance team and Analytics team
He/She is responsible for deploying ad campaigns for the business into the market on various digital platforms. Director of Digital performance marketing (Media&Analytics) leads advertising innovation and process improvement.
- Manages the advertising operations team by overseeing campaign performance and implementation of all advertising programs and campaigns in order to ensure performing campaigns to reach out KPI of these programs.
- Reviews dashboards and digital ad campaign performances in order to generate reports and come up with informed, fact-based solutions that efficiently increase the performance of the business’s campaigns.
- Leading efforts in planning, designing and coordinating ongoing and analysis projects for Website Marketing,Marketing Channel teams to provide insights into user behaviour
- Work with analytics team to overview page tagging and validating the quality of data that is captured within web analytics tool
- Provide the strategic development for client digital campaigns , where he/she deploys sophisticated ad campaigns, programs, tools, and platforms that are best suited for the client business.
- Plays an analytical role, where can analyze data, prepare recommendations, and perform periodic optimizations for the purpose of ensuring advertising campaign success rate.
- Be a troubleshooting numerous tracking problems, develop solutions, and document internal procedures.
- Highly work with Advertising Optimisation ,Web Analytics , BI in defining the planning solutions for campaign performance.
- At least 5 years of working experience in advertising optimization (Google Ads, Social Media Optimisation, PPC) preferably as a senior advertising performance marketing
- Able to demonstrate experience successfully, monitoring and managing online advertising campaigns
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, audience targeting, and data collection methods.
- Familiar platform of Google Analytics , Google Ads , Facebook Ads , Google Data Studio , Super metric , MS Excel , PowerBI and others
- Knowledge of tracking tools : Google Tag Manager, Enhance Ecommerce, Datalayer, Product Feed , App: App tracking, SDK, App Analytics, UAC
