DUTIES

DOFB is responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage Division to maximize profits, enforce quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance and ensures customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1-year in similar capacity and business model in 1st tier city in DOFB position
  • Prefer has banquet background and oversee exposure, understand the quality and personal service
  • Strong engagement with guest and colleagues, responsive to the needs and act faster, strong execution ability
  • Strong leadership and being a role model
  • Good interpersonal skill, recognize potential and develop within
  • Has marketing knowledge, adaptability of change and creative
  • Native speaking and writting Chinese
