The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing ESET Latin America's online sales, focusing on the SMB segment, in order to position the Company in that channel.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Plan, execute and monitor online advertising campaigns, in accordance with the corporate guidelines and objectives.
• Inform the Development Area in case of any damage to the SMB Online Store.
• Develop media plans to increase traffic and ensure compliance with online-based objectives for lead generation, trial downloads and online sales.
• Optimize the design and functionality of the store, so that it is attractive to the income and purchase.
• Generate online sales reports SMB, by country, by product, by payment method, among others - monthly and quarterly.
• Request advertising pieces for the current campaigns, coordinating their design with ESET's designer, and working together with ESET's Communication Analyst to verify that the text conveys the right message.
• Suggest changes in product prices, conditions or licensing methods in light of the Company's pricing and sales strategy vs. the competition and traditional channel.
• Coordinate and ensure the correct implementation of campaign tracking codes in order to generate performance, conversion rates and ROI reports. Evaluate performance and propose adjustments and improvements.
• Elaborate the forecast, taking into account sales of new licenses and renewals.
• Manage the assigned budget according to the proposed objectives, by campaign. Carry out frequent analysis to optimize investment, consumption and performance of these campaigns.
• Define the strategy for the online Marketing campaigns in Brazil and provide support for their implementation, monitoring and analyzing them. Collaborate with Distributors and Partners’ campaigns, and to create, manage and maintain their campaigns if they require so.
• Keep up to date with new technologies, proposing actions and media plans that are at the forefront of the industry.
• Search for alternative and complementary marketing channels to ESET's online store in order to boost online sales, namely marketplaces, presence in Mercado Libre and other e-commerce portals and platforms that legally market software.
• Implement customer journey strategy that allows the acquisition and renewal of cross channel licenses.
• Interact with ESET NORAM for administrative payment issues.
• Interact with ESET HQ for product updates.
• Comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company.
• Integrate ESET Latin America's values into every decision and day-to-day behavior, making them a pillar of the corporate culture and transmitting them in every task.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• Complete or incomplete university studies in Advertising or Marketing. Or else, PR, Administration and/or Software Engineering
Experience:
• From 3 to 5 years working experience in E-Commerce
Knowledge:
• Use of Office Package. Specially for reports.
• Google Adwords and other online-based platforms.
• Google Analytics.
• Email Marketing
• QlikSense, Google DataStudio or other similar Business Intelligence tools.
• E-commerce tools and payment gateways
Language:
• English: Advanced level
