We have two exciting opportunities for a Reseller Ecommerce Marketing Manager within the Bose Retail Digital Team. We are looking for experienced ecommerce experts to execute ecommerce strategies that unlock growth opportunities with our most important retail partners. The Retail Digital Team is a new team that strives to be best-in-class ecommerce partners to our reseller customers in delivery of plans focused on conversion optimization, innovation, shopper insights and omnichannel expertise. In this role, you will establish reseller ecommerce strategies and plans across a set of designated reseller partners. You will also play a critical role in bringing the voice of our reseller ecommerce into the marketing organization, and be the Bose Ecommerce expert to your resellers.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO
Ecommerce deliverables: Reseller Ecommerce Execution playbook to deliver category expectations for your designated resellers. High focus on shopper, shopper journey, content optimizations and insights to optimize Ecommerce Channel for conversion. Assessment of Reseller Partner Ecommerce Strategies and identification of high potential growth opportunities, working closely with your Reseller Marketing partner. Execution with excellence for product launch and priority products to achieve digital shelf visibility and conversion goals, defined within gold standard ecommerce expectations.
Ecommerce performance: Develop plans that contribute to digital shelf visibility and conversion optimization KPIs for our resellers. Utilize tools and technologies to make data-driven decisions and that allow for KPI report-out and monitoring. Be a change agent to drive innovation, joint value creation and new capabilities with our Reseller Ecommerce partners. This includes both “sustaining innovation” as well as “disruptive innovation.” Be a driver of innovation to win on-line through test & learn capabilities around CRM, content, personalization and loyalty with our reseller partners.

YOU HAVE DONE IT BEFORE
You have at least 5-8 years experience in ecommerce-led roles.
You are fluent in English and German OR English and French.
You have proven results in ecommerce plan execution and conversion optimization.
You have a digital first mindset and proven ability to optimize online channels
You have experience working on 3rd party platforms and of working alongside a sales organization.
You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or business management or similar.
You can work out of our Purmerend Netherlands office with business travel required – predominantly in EU. Relocation assistance to Purmerend is an option.
