So what would your day to day look like?

This is a specialised digital marketing role. Your day to day will be working with a range of leading fashion retailers, including the likes of Tony Bianco, alice McCALL, Scanlan Theodore, Patagonia, Calibre, GAZMAN and more. As their advocate at DotDev you will be the conduit through which these clients speak to the wider business. The primary responsibilities will be…

Team Project Management

  • Consistently manage client relationships and satisfaction
  • Facilitate lead generation workshops, presentations and initial onboarding sessions
  • Effective prioritisation of all deliverables and resources within the delivery team
  • Responsible for statement of works and work orders
  • Understand and produce digital marketing project estimates
  • Management of timelines, budgets, milestones and approvals of digital projects
  • Setup and management of project delivery and testing boards
  • Management of weekly sprint boards (planning and review sessions)
  • Coordinate and lead project kickoffs & retros (delivery)
  • Facilitate and lead daily team WIPs

Champion Quality Assurance

  • Quality assurance testing and user acceptance management across all delivery projects
  • Management of project launch, hyper-care and warranty phase
  • Successfully handover and onboard projects to the support team

Quality Customer Service

  • Manage client communication and updates
  • Coordinate and lead client WIPs
  • Provide weekly status reports for all delivery projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service and response times to clients
  • Provide proactive recommendations and optimisations

What skills do you need?

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Degree qualified
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
  • Expert level communication skills – we need someone who keeps clients updated regularly, you are their advocate in our business.
  • Strong organisation skills – you will be juggling multiple priorities across a range of clients, so being on top of keeping things organised is so important.
  • Creative, curious and driven with a positive attitude
