The position is exclusively set to devote as a major lead and designer/implementer of power supply subsystem development and implementation for our new SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) systems. Work subject includes AC line conditioners with UPS, AC/DC power racks including low-noise linear and switching DCPS, powerful stage driving racks, and various computer racks to meet specific requirement of each SEM system model on schedule, as well as to qualify SEMI certifications especially strict safety standards, high reliability and field onsite upgradability.
The job includes
Power supply/control circuit design/fulfillment, mechanical enclosure design/assembly including internal mechanical supporting structure/materials, airflow and cooling simulation analysis design and measurement for racks and heating modules
Function monitoring and self-diagnosis, final safety-defense-line design, internal and external wire/cable routing.
Performance/safety testing, and troubleshooting support in both manufacture clean rooms and customer fields.
Work planning and coordination for self and other team members.
The job also demands a close work together with other electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, manufacture engineers and field service engineers.
