General Description

Field telephone calls from commercial customers to provide guidance and/or technical assistance on commercial products and services (Web Based).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analysis and resolution of technical issues that arise to commercial customers related to inquiries regarding the use of commercial products and services applications such as: Web Cash Manager, Pay Here (PER Web), Multipago Web, Payroll Card, Remote Deposit; among others. Ensure to identify viable solutions to meet customer needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.


24 Bachelor's degree approved credits.

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze, identify customer's technical needs and offer alternatives aimed at achieving desired results.
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing and working with multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of the commercial cash management products and services offered by Popular.
  • Knowledge of MAC OS, Microsoft Windows operating systems, and browsers (internet) in the market.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Spanish.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to handle complaints and objections over the telephone.
