We are seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to join our busy Employee Relations team supporting management, HR generalists and employees throughout the organisation. Reporting into the ER Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert ER and IR advice, along with managing cases ranging from performance management, misconduct, terminations and disputes.
You will interpret awards, agreements and legislation to provide practical solutions on ER issues to support the achievement of organisational objectives. This role is a Permanent Full-Time position.
What you’ll need:
You will be an Employee Relations or Human Resources professional, with strong experience in advising and managing ER and IR matters. You will have an in-depth knowledge of employment legislation and exceptional influencing and communication skills. A positive attitude and a team focus are a must for the successful applicant. You must be comfortable working in a unionised environment.
