We are looking for a leader who listens, manages to strengths, is inclusive in their approach, and leads from the front to build strong teams.
You will be responsible for leading three jobactive sites in Perth which include Morley, Cannington and Gosnells, who are responsible for high level service delivery and compliance across the Employment Services jobactive contract.
Through your strengths-based leadership style, you will collaboratively drive initiatives and instil a culture of confidence, positivity and enthusiasm into your region to ensure high performance and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
This role is being offered on a full time, ongoing basis, and will involve some travel therefore a current driver’s licence is essential.
