Major Duties & Responsibilities: Major Duties & Responsibilities:  

  1. Analyzes Gage results

  2. Develops new processes and/or tools to aid in cycle time or productivity improvement

  3. Performs advanced hardware troubleshooting

  4. Performs advanced software debugging

  5. Establishes priorities, works independently, and carries out objectives with minimal supervision

  6. Interprets hardware schematics

  7. Coach and mentor Engineer I and II.

  8. Has solid working knowledge of Final Test and Wafer Sort operations, and hardware group processes

  9. Regularly communicates with direct supervisor

  10. Advanced working knowledge on at least three different tester platforms

  11. Knowledgeable on advanced product test methodologies

  12. Enforces 5S and work safety standards at all times

  13. Works with initiative and sense of urgency

  14. Uses an Engineering approach on solving hardware issues and apply corrective actions


Minimum Qualifications

Good written and verbal communication skills, solid circuit analysis capability, familiar with DVM, Oscilloscope and other test equipment.  Organized and detail oriented, Can work with minimal supervision; Entry level programming capability required.  Knowledgeable in c or C++  Preferred
