For our Process Automation department we are looking for an Engineer Process Automation.
Tasks and responsibilities
Writing software (PLC, SCADA and database) based on a Functional Design Specification (FDS).
Entering all equipment, process parameters and mutual connections in the S88-based automated system.
Testing the software of the process installation in collaboration with the Process Engineer.
Performing I/O and water tests as well as the commissioning of the installation in collaboration with the Commissioning Engineer and / or Supervisor E&I at the customer on site (worldwide).
Writing the operating manual for the relevant installation and instructing the operators about the operation of the installation.
Reports as a project employee to the Lead Engineer Process Automation and concerning general progress of the work to the Manager Process Automation.
Completed Bachelor (HBO) degree in technical physics, technical informatics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
Experience with and knowledge of Siemens - Step7/TIA Portal and / or Rockwell RSLogix/Studio5000.
Experience with and knowledge of iFix or Wonderware Scada visualization software is an advantage.
Experience with automation platforms from the beverage industry (Proleit, Braumat, Botec) is an advantage.
Experience with project-based work and working in a multidisciplinary team.
Traveling and working abroad is part of the job.
