"Direct Apply" is a new service offering by Cialfo, allowing students and schools to apply directly to universities. The success of launching and rolling out such a service offering would require a combination of efforts across all departments within Cialfo, namely the Customer Success, Growth (Sales and Marketing), and Product teams.
As an Engineering Lead, you will be at the heart of our Product team. You will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship. You'll lead a sprint team with software engineers, QA engineers and product managers. You will be setting our software engineers up for success, with your guidance on architecture, code review and people management.
This role is embedded within the Product team and works closely with the CPO, Customer Success and Growth team.
