We are currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) team in Sydney. Reporting into the Sales Director, your focus will be responsible for defining, deploying, and managing a targeted sales and qualification process to select enterprise customers most ready for a cloud-powered digital transformation journey. You will engage with all levels of the customer C-suite and act as their trusted advisor to translate Honeywell offerings into real world business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage and qualify new opportunities you will develop from named enterprise accounts generating new business opportunities. These will align to your quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow a standard sales process method designed by Honeywell Connected Enterprise selling the value of the solutions to the market
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports fully utilising the Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and influencers at assigned accounts and ensure customer satisfaction during the initial product implementation stages
  • Maintain a high degree of market awareness with the ability to communicate competitive opportunities in a timely manner to internal sales management / technology teams

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Well versed in consultative and solution selling to senior level enterprise customers and stakeholders
  • Local market and customer knowledge with the proven ability to deliver connected services value propositions
  • A proven track record of new opportunity identification, qualification, pipeline management and portfolio growth meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Knowledge of enterprise software is highly desirable and having direct end user channel experience
