Job Description

This candidate would play a critical role in a small start-up team within an established technology company that is radically changing the future of work. We are looking for solution-oriented, ambitious and customer obsessed individuals who can work with senior executives at Fortune 500 adopt and scale In this role you will be an advocate who will educate, enable and empower staff at these large organizations to rethink how work can be done. The ideal candidate possesses great problem-solving skills and can drive organization change from a tactical and strategic level.

The candidate may travel 20-30% of the time to the US, Europe or Asia to host in-person workshops and whiteboard sessions. They ensure that the work delivered by freelancers is what our customers need and better.


  • Run sprints and retros, and liaise with internal teams of Recruiter & Project Manager teams to ensure project success and quality performance of freelancers hired by enterprise clients
  • Ensure timeline and successful change-management solution within customer organizations according to their needs and objectives
  • Lead workshops, webinars, trainings and other initiatives to increase usage
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Give feedback to content team to build the collateral for the Account Management Program
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotes
  • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Be a key member of building and executing the go-to-market strategy of this new team, taking it to a $100M business in two years
