Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise customer base.

The Role

To ensure maintenance of our established reputation for delivering the industry's best customer experience, combined with strong growth and financial results, we are now looking for a suitably qualified and experienced leader to join our dynamic Enterprise sales team.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Enterprise, this autonomous and hands on role will lead the Enterprise customer base, with a focus on team development, customer retention and revenue generation on both a strategic and operational basis.

Our current operation services thousands of customers with an annual revenue in excess of $225 Million, of which the Enterprise segment makes up a great portion.

Leading a team of 9 National Account Directors around the country, the suitable candidate will possess astute commercial acumen, 'C' level customer relationship & development skills and have a passion for inspiring a challenging a team of senior professionals.

The role will incorporate:

  • Supporting the development, implementation and monitoring the segment sales strategy
  • Team management, training & development that supports the consistent execution of company initiatives
  • Continuous review of skills to identify gaps and measure improvements
  • Provision of leadership through effective communication, active coaching and development, leading to an improvement of sales results
  • Management of operations in line with profit and loss targets
  • Personal drive and involvement in business development opportunities within existing and newly appointed clients to achieve 5 year business plan goals
  • Personal management of key accounts relationships to ensure maximisation of retention and customer optimisation

About You

To be successful in this highly visible role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualification:

  • Tertiary qualification in a business related discipline (exceptions to this may be possible through demonstration of significant and consistent personal achievement in related business experience)
  • Strong commercial and professional experience in cost management, strategy and communication
  • 5 year plus experience in a mid to senior leadership role with demonstrated achievement in developing senior front line staff
  • Long term personal success within a B2B sales environment
  • Advanced presentation, analytical and written communication skills
