Prepare and detail Banquet Event Orders for all functions, group resumes and floor plans as necessary
Ensure that the relevant information of all allocated Accounts is updated regularly in Delphi, including booking activities, contacts and revenue
Maintain good relationship with the established clientele and provide all necessary assistance when required
Liaise and work closely with the related operation departments ensuring guests needs and expectation are being met
Ensure an efficient and accurate filing system, both manually as well as electronically is maintained at all times
Assist Events Managers/ Executive to plan all event and hotel experience details with the client - including set-up, food and beverage selection, menu tastings, audio visual needs, equipment rental, supplier details &/or referral, guestroom reservations, transportation, recreational activities, etc
