1. To perform following processes in 100% accuracy (following all terms and conditions, including: Policy provision and Internal Guideline) and according to following service level timeline:
a. Letter of Guarantee issuance is maximum 30 minutes, and
b. Guarantee of Payment issuance is maximum 45 minutes, or
c. Patient case monitoring activities are implemented for all patients daily, or
d. Inpatient Claim adjudication, an inpatient claims is done in maximum 12 minutes, and outpatient claim is done in maximum 7 minutes.
2. To ensure that daily interim bill is communicated to related parties.
3. To give decision on approving / disapproving preauthorization requests and discharge planning requests or case monitoring approval requests, or claim settlement requests.
4. To ensure that problem prompt escalation to supervisor is real time, by giving prompt response to an escalation.
5. To ensure that there is no backlog in his/ her daily processes.
6. To maintain clear communication and warm relationship to all related parties.
7. To ensure that all communications to customers, agents, partners, and other department staffs are made politely and correctly.

a. Qualification
• D3 from health /medical related field
b. Experience
• 2 years working experience
• 1 year relevant experience (Preauthorization process or Discharge planning or Case Monitoring or Cashless Claim Process).
c. Knowledge
• Good understanding of preauthorization process or discharge planning or case monitoring or cashless claim process.
