Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM PST

Job Description:

We're a dynamic company with a global presence, seeking a talented individual to provide high-level executive support to our team of 3-4 executives. As part of our administrative support team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and facilitating the success of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain calendars for our executives, ensuring meetings and appointments are efficiently scheduled.
  • Travel Arrangements: Handle all travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Communication Coordination: Facilitate communication among team members and external partners, leveraging tools like Microsoft Teams, G-Suite, and Zoom for efficient collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, such as drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and organizing files, to support day-to-day operations.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, G-Suite, Zoom, and MS Word: Ability to navigate and utilize these software tools effectively.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple calendars, and coordinate complex travel itineraries.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
