About the role:

We have an exciting 6-month opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Administrator/Executive Assistant in our Food & Beverage division.  In this role you will provide effective administrative support to our Sales and Marketing teams as well as being Executive Assistant to the VP/GM of the F&B division.  The team is regularly out of the office with our customers so you will enjoy working autonomously and using your initiative. Equally you will have an opportunity to expand your skillset by contributing further to the ANZ Marketing team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing general administration assistance and sales support to management and the wider team, including preparing customer proposals
• Preparing regular sales reports and generating spreadsheets, charts and graphs
• Liaising with customers, troubleshooting any issues
• Organising meetings, conferences, and training workshops
• Making travel arrangements, booking accommodation, and undertaking other administrative tasks necessary for the efficient functioning of the team.
• Assisting the Marketing team with marketing communications
• Coordinating marketing events, advertising, editorials, product launches and sponsorships.

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in a broad administration support role.
• Strong agility with the ability to multi-task without losing focus
• Able to work with minimal supervision, using your initiative to get the job done
• A high level of initiative and drive to contribute to multiple areas of the business
• High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office, BI and Adobe Suite
• Strong communication skills with an aptitude to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people
• Exceptional organisation skills and strong attention to detail, with systematic and timely follow-through
• The ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and operate well under pressure
• Strong time management capability to prioritise your workload to achieve deadlines
