Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Fully support the CTO's needs and requirements.
  • Be able to manage the Leadership team with confidence
  • Book travel, both domestic and international
  • Support the team when the CTO is away with work commitments
  • Assist with event co-ordination
  • Answering and directing calls to appropriate parties
  • Extensive diary management
  • General office administration as required
  • Supervise invoices and tracking costs
  • prepare PowerPoint presentations for the corporate and senior leadership team
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive assistant role
  • Confident with booking high volume international and domestic travel
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Accounts exposure
  • Good communication skills
  • Well presented
