We are looking for an experienced, hands on Executive Assistant to join our FNA team.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Television you will be providing executive administration support to him and his leadership team. Working in a fast paced industry this multifaceted role will see you assisting in administration work, processing expensive, travel arrangements and other requirements as directed.
Your purpose
+ Provision of high-level executive assistance to the Executive Director of Television and the Director of Content
+ Shared executive assistance support to the Director of On Demand and Foxtel Networks
+ Management of a complex diary and meeting schedule to enable maximum effectiveness of the relevant leaders time and deliverables
+ Regular liaison with the Executive team and their Executive Assistants on all ELT matters as required by the ED of Television.
+ Management of booking travel, accommodation and scheduling for international and other relevant industry markets
+ Provision of leadership team support on an ad-hoc basis to ensure the smooth running of the Foxtel Networks group
+ Management of all invoicing requirements and expenses as required by the executive
+ Creation of reports and presentations as required by the Executive
+ Management of all IT, mobile phone and cash receipt requests for the Executive (with assistance provided to the wider leadership team if required)
+ Management of leave processes and approvals through HR Online
+ Management and distribution of information flow across the Foxtel Networks group as required
+ Provide team support in all team and project functions to deliver the needs of the division
+ Management of agendas and diary notes for the relevant senior leaders
+ Effective communications and relationship management with all team members
+ Assistance in the management of relevant team events as required
Your capability
+ Previous experience in providing administrative support to a dynamic team, ideally within a television / media environment
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience with the preparation and presentation of updates and reports
+ Previous experience managing very busy daily diary schedules and appointments, and in managing complex MIP diaries for overseas television markets
+ Previous experience managing short-term business projects would be advantageous
+ Advanced MS Office Skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
+ Experience establishing processes and procedures that enable efficient and cost effective management of available resources
+ Prior knowledge and experience of television/media industry practices and contacts is highly advantageous
