Executive Pastry Chef

Duties:

Responsible for directing training, supervising, planning, coordinating of Pastry Kitchen including any projects requested by the Executive Chef of the hotel and its board; ensuring a quality product for our guests and secure profit margins while maintaining the Corporate image of the Hotel at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Executive Pastry Chef in a large 5 star international hotel
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills required
  • Creative, Innovative, Motivator and team builder
