In joining, you’ll assist organisations with the evaluation and selection of Human Resources systems to be incorporated into their Human Resources technology plan and to provide the right foundational solutions for success.
As experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) consultant, you are responsible for designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our customers. Your main tasks will include:
Translating business requirements into functional specifications;
Defining creative and efficient solutions that are aligned with the customer’s strategy and vision;
Advising clients on human capital processes in SAP SF
Supporting the delivery of projects using SAP SF as a technology enabler;
Assisting in the development of pre-sales activities in new solutions like SuccessFactors and SAP Hana Cloud Platform.
You hold a Master’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Engineer or equivalent;
You have a minimum of 6 years relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience in business or IT integration;
You have good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors in several of the following modules: Employee Central and performance management, learning , succession development and recruiting / on-boarding;
You have experience in designing integrations (including design workshops, mapping, testing and deploying) for SuccessFactors;
You have experience in building integrations with CPI - SAP Cloud Platform Integrations;
You have strong technical understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and the ability to manage the integration / interfaces with legacies;
You have a good knowledge of data integration and process integration regarding HRIS;
You have excellent communication skills (both written and orally) in French or German, and English;
You are flexible and mobile (travel will occur).
