As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

PwC Luxembourg's Stainability team specializes in the environmental analysis of buildings and related technical studies. As part of our growth, we are looking for experienced engineers (M/F).
The team provides advice in sustainable construction and energy, as well as helping clients obtain environmental certifications such as BREEAM and HQE®.
Your duties will consist of:
Taking part in advisory projects in the field of the environment, energy and sustainable construction, including aspects of social responsibility;
Helping to carry out energy audits, developing improvement plans and ensure that the planned measures are implemented correctly;
Helping to conduct technical studies of buildings under construction or major renovation. These studies include calculating the daylight factor, feasibility studies into renewable energy, optimising projects by way of a “life-cycle cost” approach and checking thermal comfort using a dynamic thermal simulation, life-cycle analyses, etc.
Perform environmental and security authorization files (Commodo / Incommodo) for large developments;
Perform technical Due diligence during deals.
You are a qualified (electro)mechanical, construction or electrical engineer, specialising in energy. An additional qualification in Business or Finance would be an advantage;
You have already held an advisory role in the field of the environment, energy or sustainable construction;
You have good analytical skills, you focus on the bigger picture, and you are organised and disciplined;
You are energetic, flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the situation;
You have an excellent command of French and English (both written and spoken) and you have good writing skills. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish would be an advantage;
You cope well in stressful situations and you are used to managing tight deadlines;
You are able to build strong and lasting client relationships;
You have excellent knowledge of key desktop software (such as MS Office) and you have already worked with numerous engineering programs (AutoCAD, IES-VE, TRNSYS, DIALux, etc.).
