JLL are currently receiving expressions of interest from talented Facilities Management staff! Are you a pro at giving on-site support? We are looking for applications from Facilities Coordinators, Assistant Facilities Managers and Facilities Managers!

Working within a dynamic onsite team, you will oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility. You’ll also implement building procedures and performance measures—and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, you’ll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. These opportunities will also entail the question “How do I ensure the safety of my colleagues?” You will do this by promoting adherence to health and safety standards.

Winning our clients’ trust will be critical given you will be liaising frequently with, so you’ll need to build strong relationships. Likewise, you will need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients’ expectations are met each and every time.  You will also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.

Also part of your job is to coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost.

We are looking for a self-motivated and quick-thinking facilities management staff who can solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches. Likewise, we’re on the lookout for well-organised leaders who plan tasks and constantly stay ahead of deadlines. We’ll need people who can do more than the bare minimum to meet our clients’ expectations.

In these roles, you’ll also be working with different kinds of people, so you’ll need to be an expert in handling them professionally. Likewise, you’ll need to effectively manage, train and inspire the team to always do better. Experience in a Facilities Management related role is essential; at either FA, FC, AFM or FM level.
