Job Description

A Facilities and Stock Control Administrator is responsible for processing purchase orders, ensuring on\-time deliveries, and organising stock efficiently to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience\.
What will I be doing?
As Facilities and Stock Control Administrator, you are responsible for processing purchase orders, ensuring on\-time deliveries, and organising stock efficiently to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience\. A Facilities and Stock Control Administrator will also be required to manage overall spend and work directly with suppliers\. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Processing purchase orders
+ Ensure deliveries arrive within the required time frame
+ Reconcile delivery notes with purchase orders
+ Ensure stock is organised and placed efficiently
+ Monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock
+ Control the status of the overall spend against budgeted profiles
+ Arrange returns and repairs with suppliers
+ Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers
+ Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
