What this opportunity involves:
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to coordinate the facilities management for a mix of owned properties and leased premises within the designated Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) portfolio. You will support the service delivery functions of Government Client tenants and Facilities Managers and be accountable for; administration & coordination, delivering excellent customer service to meet stake holder’s expectations, ensuring compliance to all OH&S/ environment and risk management processes as well as maintaining our property database. 

Other key tasks include:

Using Corrigo - Close out aged work-orders and administer low value vendor quote approvals.

Building Inspections - Administer the Building Inspection program including quality control, raise work orders & finalise reports.

Portfolio On’s & Off’s – Administer the site establishment and site closing tracker process.

A confident starter who enjoys building client relationships, possesses excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, PC literacy and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work autonomously. Previous property/facilities administration skills are sought as well as a service delivery focused background.  You have been looking for a new challenge and the maintenance, management and development of commercial assets is where you want to be!
