Facilities Operations Support
Northampton based office (Some travel may be required)
40hrs p/w

All About Children is a successful and growing network of day nurseries focused on delivering exceptional experiences for both our children and our employees.
We have exciting plans to further extend our national network of nursery settings and need the very best talent to achieve this!

Reporting to the Property Director on a daily basis you responsibilities will include:

• Main point of contact for the day to day operation for the Facilities team
• Responsible for the day to day administration between the Facilities department and the Nurseries
• Production of monthly cost and budget analysis
• Daily contact with each location (Nursery) for suppliers and local reactive and proactive maintenance
• Approval of invoices and the production of quotes, ensuring accurate records are kept for finance and audit purposes
• Produce and maintain annual compliance and H&S requirements -Supported by the PD and H&S
• Review of current cost and operational systems to ensure budgets are maintained
• Travel to Nurseries as and when required for project work and contractor reviews (limited to CAPEX plan)

Preferred Skills:

• Good analytical skills
• Word and Excel
• Good organisation
• Good communication and personal interaction skills
• Ability to be self-motivated and work as part of a small team
• Numerate
• Previous experience of working in a similar role is desirable
